It’s that time of the year when we start our drive for major hole sponsors of the ISA Sarnia Section 2024 Golf Tournament to be held on June 7, 2024, the St Clair Parkway Golf Course.

If you choose to be a major sponsor this year, we will use your sponsor signs from 2023. If you desire to change the sponsor signs and provide your own sign, above is our guideline for our signage. You can send me your logo in JPG format, and we can have a sponsor sign made for you.

Should you choose to sponsor more than two teams, please submit your cheque for the 3^rd and 4^th team, you will be put on a priority waiting list to be added (subject to 144 golfer limit) on May 24, 2024. On that day a member of the Golf Committee will notify you on the acceptance or rejection of your 3^rd and 4^th teams.

For details on our golf tournament please see the documents included below, the enclosed major sponsor application form with your cheque, should be returned to ISA Sarnia Section (Golf) no later than May 24, 2024.

You can pay by cheque, or a credit card. To pay by a credit card, please call St Clair Parkway golf course at 519-867-2160. Just specify it’s for ISA Golf tournament and your Sponsor name and the $675.00 amount for your team 4 golfers. Please check off the “Paid by Credit card at the Golf Course” box at the bottom of the application form.

Some minor changes this year.

• It’s a shotgun start at 8:00 AM.
• All participants must be at the golf course ½ hour before your tee time.
• You will be notified in advance on your starting hole number on the front or the back nine.
• Starting at 6:30 AM., breakfast will be available to purchase.
• The draw for the main prize will take place right after all the golfers have registered and the prize will be delivered to the winner on the golf course. The four winners of the closest to the pin contest will be determined after we get the marked up closest to the pin cards. The winners will get their prize at that time or the prize will be given to the foursome’s sponsor for delivery to the winner.

NOTE:
In order to minimize congestion at the courtesy desk, on the day of the golf tournament, please have one person representing the Sponsor to come up to the desk to get your meal tickets and golf prizes.
